I really love having breakfast here. Large patio, good food, bar, friendly service. Just a comfortable place to relax and eat. We drive 25 minutes to have breakfast here. (I MUCH prefer the atmosphere here to the Sherman Oaks' Jinky's.) It's also open late.

Jinkys is so amazing the menu is very eclectic with so many delicious things to choose from. I usually go there for breakfast. The chili is so good and so are their house made breakfast potatoes. Parking situation isn't ideal that's the only negative to this place.

Great place for breakfast or lunch! Cheap drinks but delicious, you can either get an ice ice cold bottle of beer or a great mixed drink for super cheap!! The chili is awesome!!!! Especially if you like spicy and no beans! Must get an order of tater tots!! Share with the table!
Also dog friendly on the patio!

Had breakfast here with the girlfriend. I went french toast and she went pancakes and we were both impressed. They have an impressive chili menu and I'll be curious to come back and try some of those. If you go on weekends, might want to pack some earplugs as it's a very family-friendly place, which means screaming babies/children! BE WARNED!
Oh, also LOOK FOR STREET PARKING!! They have a parking lot but it is the worst parking lot known to man. If you park in the back section of it, good luck getting out as it's only ONE WAY and as your trying to turn around to get out, more people will be trying to get in only to realize there's no more room, so then they start to turn around... JUST AVOID IT. Park on the street. You'll be much happier, trust me.

I love this place! When my husband or friends ask me where I want to go for breakfast I always say Jinky's Studio City Cafe!
I love that they have so many options on their menu. I always get the iced green tea. It is Super delicious, and Super refreshing. My favorite is creating my own scramble. Everytime I've been in there I've always had really good service. They have many locations but this one has a patio. People bring their dogs so you must love dogs to sit out there.
The Studio City location is my favorite! I love the Sherman Oaks location too, but the patio at this location wins me over =)
Peace, Love, and happy Yelping to you all =)

The breakfast here is sooo good. They also do not rush you when you are eating.
Nice staff and they always get my order correct.

Since I was a kid I've been coming here once in a while. I'm not a big breakfast eater but this place is decent food, reasonable price, and feels homey. Downfall to this place is parking. They have a semi- private lot but what a nightmare! There are never parking spots and street parking is horrendous, even worse now that more shopping food centers have opened up just blocks away. This is a good go to for breakfast in a pinch.

The staff is very friendly and cozy environment. I was sat right away, and the place was buzzing for breakfast with what seemed like professionals on lunch enjoying a nice brunch. Plenty of seating tables and a few booths. The food was tasty(had the french toast with banana, strawberry, and chocolate chips)and definitely had a homemade feel. Prices are between 10-20 dollars, but menu does offer a verity of options. Over all this place seemed perfect for an intimate breakfast with family and or friends.

Food was great and they have a lot of selection. Also a very nice place to eat at. Right next to hotel Carmel which doesn't have the best of breakfast to offer.

Had a very good breakfast selection for me and my family. Good food and service, a nice local cafe feel.

Jinky's had a wide range of selections for anyone ranging from vegetarian to meat lovers. I got the pesto chicken ciabatta while my girlfriend got their boston chili. I have been known to choose the wrong dish when dining at new places, but this time, I was lucky to choose something that was not only filling, but delicious as well. I would highly recommend anyone to try Jinky's.

Just had to use my $10 for $20 Living Social. Wish I had bought a ton! I'm a SM local and never think of Jinky's, but the food was great, portions were large, and there were a ton of healthy options. They also have soy milk!
I got the Italian breakfast sandwich with egg whites, spinach, and goat cheese instead of mozzarella. On sourdough. Side of tater tots. Yum!! I also ordered the short stack of the oaty oat pancakes (oatmeal, oat bran, and wheat) to go to meet my $20. Haven't tried, but I am sure they will be great.
Sat outside on the small patio and made use of the free wifi.

If you're an indecisive breakfast or brunch eater, this is not the menu you want to be faced with! I consider Jinkys to be the west coast version of The Griddle Cafe...large portions, creative concoctions of pancakes, waffles, french toast, and egg/meat dishes. I challenge anyone to finish their plate. Whether you are a lover of sweets or hearty breakfasts, you will find something appealing.
I think the biggest thing that sets Jinkys apart from anywhere else you will ever go is the number of menu items. Just wait…

When the place gets jumping (generally speaking after 10 am on the weekends), the staff can get a little testy. But that is NEVER a reason to skip Jinky's - my favorite place to have breakfast in the known universe.
Breakfast is my favorite meal of any day. I am blessed to be able to say that I have traveled extensively through each of the 48 contiguous United States AND the Big Island of Hawaii, and while there are absolutely awesome places to get a delicious plate of eggy/pancaky/cerealesque magic in this great land, nothing beats the food at this place.
The menu is huge. There is something for everyone. The pancakes are heavenly. They have a whole grain "oatmeal" that is as healthy - and as mouthwatering - as the day is long. Great omelettes. Any sort of breakfast food you can imagine is available.
But for me, it's the Alan's Favorite scramble - Jinky's version of chilaquiles - that takes me to Nirvana every....single...time.
I LOVE bacon. And sausage. Meat meat meat. And cheese cheese cheese.
And it was only after I'd eaten the Alan's Favorite four - count 'em, - times that I realized it's TOTALLY VEGETARIAN (not Vegan, obviously, but VEGETARIAN) and I not only eat it....I drool at the very thought of it...
Eggs scrambled with fresh red onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, cilantro, jalapenos, crushed pepper, Indian spices and tortilla chips.
Go there. ASAP. Breakfast is served all day. Jeeeez I think I may head over there right now....

Yes I was late today but I'm the guy that showed up with breakfast. Yucatan quesadilla is my favorite. As I am writing this review the chorizo, eggs, guacamole and cheese are having a party in my mouth. This is my morning ritual and I stick by it like an addict for great good.

This place is great! The bananas foster pancakes are the best! A must try! My kids love the crepes. We have been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. The menu is really extensive. So much to try but its really difficult for me to venture off their breakfast menu. Its so good! The staff has always been super nice too!
The decor of the cafe is really comfortable. It looks like a home. I love the flooring and the patio is really nice too. They have outdoor heaters that help if it gets a little cold outside.

This was our first time here, and we were super impressed with the food and service for a great busy weekend breakfast spot. My chai tea latte was as big as the moon, and honestly the best one I've ever had.
Our food, delicious and fresh, and came up quickly despite how packed the restaurant was. My husband had the Flaky French Toast, it was cooked to perfection, and flavored so well that he didn't even need syrup for it. I had the egg white Italian Fritata breakfast sandwich, and it was so large and filling I could only eat half. Good portions for the price in my opinion.
If I had one complaint, it would be the parking lot. It's pretty small and is shared with other businesses. Grab a meter on the street if you see it before even trying to get in and out of the lot during peak meal hours.
We will be back for the food again, but I will be stopping in there just for a chai tea latte to go instead of Starbucks in the mornings!
Oh! I can't forget! All of the servers seemed to have smiles on their faces as they took care of their tables, and our server, Alex was extremely polite and prompt. It's hard to find good service these days, so it was nice to see someone that still takes pride in their work. Thanks, Alex!

The Lox Benedict is simply delicious at Jinky's and so is the French Toast! I would highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch. It's a cozy place with great food and staff.
