The food is really good. Try the Ceasar Salad with shrimp. The shrimp are large and fresh. I have never had a bad meal. Omlettes are very good too. The portions are generous. Parking is right next door and the Promenade is right around the corner. You can also eat outside next to the sidewalk if you wish. I would have rated Jinky's a 5 but the acoustics are bad when the place is full. Heather is usually my wait person and she does a good job. She is attentive but does not hover.
