Went here for the first time, it was AMAZING! So delicious! I had the oaty oaty cakes with caramelized apples and walnuts and a mimosa. It was so good!! I also tried my friends vegetarian sausage and it was exceptional! Will for sure go again!

My husband and I ate here last spring and had a good meal, but weren't blown away.  In the meantime, we've found a number of great breakfast spots in the LA area. However, we always see a huge crowd of people waiting outside when we drive by on the weekends, so we figured we must of missed something and better try it out again. This morning, a Sunday, we got there around 11am, completely expecting for a nice wait for a table.  Pleasantly surprised, there was a table outside with our name on it.  There were actually a number of tables available inside as well!  I think we were just lucky. The menu is huge, and there is a wide variety of healthy to indulgent choices to enjoy.  It was so hard to choose, as there were so many things that sounded amazing.  I ended up having the "flaky french toast" which was french toast with a crust of Kellogg honey nut corn flakes, along with powdered sugar; and I also got it with blueberries on top.  I completely enjoyed every single morsel. It was awesome.  My husband had the Ultimate Chili Omelet, or something like that, and was the best combination of all comfort foods - Mexican, chili, potatoes, and breakfast. He says it was delicious, and 'heaven in an omelet. The service wasn't exactly speedy, but we were by no means in a hurry, and once we ordered, our food did come pretty quickly.  Jinkys most definitely has our vote for great breakfast place, and it has earned its place back in our breakfast rotation! Glancing at the menu, I would definitely go back for an easy lunch option.
