During my last weekend trip, my friends constantly mentioned Jinky's, and how they would never eat a place called Jinky's. On our last day, we were trying to find a breakfast spot, and Yelp thought well of it, so we checked it out. Our party of 4 was seated quickly, even with though it appeared quite busy. The menu was quite impressive to us, with the variety of pancakes, french toasts, and CHILIS! We all got something different (pancake, omelette, french toast, chili omelette), and the dishes were delicious. I got the Blueberry Hill which was blueberries on french toast with a chicken apple sausage, and I greatly enjoyed it. My friends also enjoyed their dishes. The only hangup we had is when figuring out a pumpkin dish had nuts or not. They used Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes, but we weren't sure if there were actual nuts in the flakes. My friend risked eating them, but it was a little odd we couldn't figure out wat we were eating. I definitely want to return here so I can work through all the flippin chili varieties!
