Well, my most recent experience with Jinky's was finally on par with its food. I went back yesterday for lunch because I was craving their Rosemary Omelet, and the service was vastly improved. The host staff was friendly and admirably efficient; I was impressed with how quickly they had people moving in and out of the restaurant.
We waited a few minutes, but only because they were busy, and we were seated as soon as there was an opening. Even though they were crowded, the restaurant was well-staffed, so we were attended to and served quickly. Everyone was very polite and friendly (entirely new staff), and somehow, it wasn't even as impossibly loud as it used to be.

Comfortable and warm ambient. Food is really good. Creative cook and great service. Portion are really nice, makes you full and satisfied with ease. People visiting are nice too so it just adds to overall ambient. With their prices, this place is a good choice

I have eaten here around half-a-dozen times and I could not decide whether I thought it deserved 3 or 4 stars.
The Service: The service quality varies, The Food: The food is 4 star! They have some of the best Chili I have ever tasted, and there is a lot of variety so you are sure to not get bored. Breakfast is good here, I still prefer Agoura breakfast though. The Hangover Hamburger is amazing, and the crepes are wonderful. But you have GOT to try the Chili! The environment: The atmosphere is a 3 star rating for me. The outside patio is great, but there is nothing fancy or exciting about the decor inside or out. All in all, this is a place I enjoy eating at, it is close to me, it has a comfortable atmosphere, good food, cheap mimosas, so I give it 4 Stars.

Tasty. Fresh ingredients. Fast friendly service. Manager stopped by to see that we were enjoying our lunch. Large menu selection. Nice decor indoors. Clean. I will go again
REVIEWS 8/22/2011 ***** Carrie A. San Jose, CA Came here with friends, I always seem to get Eggs Benedict (they had 7 different types on the menu, hurray!) so I went to the classic. Love the potatoes, they are called Jinky Potatoes, very good.Happy I'm not giving a star rating on the bathroom, there was ONE bathroom that was hidden in the back, a tad bit gross. You kids lose a star over that Jinky's is just one of those places where you know you can have a nice casual breakfast for a reasonable price !!!
