Jinky's is just far enough away from our house to be a special occasion type breakfast spot. I usually request it on my birthday but do try to get there more than once a year. Hey, it's a big valley, ok? I wouldn't dare order anything other than theFrench Omelette. Its just out of control delicious. Egg whites, zucchini, herbs and this insanely creamy cheese called Boursin that is all full of garlic and herbs. OH GOD. The menu is huge. They have a great selection ofsausage that, I think, might change daily...come to think of it, they also have like...dailychili menus...that's kind of cool. Coffee is good. They do espresso, etc. We usually try to sit outside on the few small tables they've wedged between the parking spaces and the hedge since its a bit of a squeeze inside and we have babies and such.
