I love their menu, and if you eat there during the week...never a wait.
They have an extensive menu, really friendly servers, and very fair pricing. I've eaten there at least a half dozen times, and never one complaint from me.
The decor is fine, but it's more of a breakfast/brunch place anyway, so decor doesn't matter much for those meals..

Solid family Cafe off the 118 on Arboles.
Location shares a parking lot with Ciscos and a strip mall so there is plenty of shopping. We went on a Friday night and it was nearly empty, which was concerning. The prices were reasonable; perhaps $3-4 higher per plate than you'd expect from similar cafes.
The service was 3-4 stars. Not great, but not terrible. The food was good overall. I got a Chicken Parm Sandwich which was tasty. My son had a flat bread pepperoni pizza which was pretty large and tasted good. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich. Overall, the food was fresh and well prepared. Drinks were refilled after a short delay, but we didn't have to chase after the waitress.
The restaurant has nice booths and large TV's to watch sports. Frankly was surprised it was so empty on a Friday night.
Overall, a nice cafe to grab a bite. Family of four cost $60 after tip. Bit high for a cafe, but not crazy expensive. 4 stars.

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally did this evening. The menu is HUGE and they have all kinds of options for anyone with a different kind of diet. I had a vegan breakfast that consisted of wild rice, tofu, and veggies with a side of tater tots. I can't resist tater tots! It was great except a bit too spicy for my tastes... next time will request that they go easy on the spice. Actually, next time I'll be ordering some of those delicious pancakes. We sat at the counter, which is always my preferred spot in a diner. Our server was awesome... didn't catch his name but he was a very friendly young guy who was doing a fabulous job behind the counter. Can't wait to go back for pancakes!

Good Local Food
Good for breakfast and lunch. Nice and large menu with something for everyone. BrEakfast is,my favorite and menu has lots of sweet and savory options. Normal prices and comfortable atmosphere. My experience has been that service is slow but not terribly.
REVIEWS 7/19/2014 ***** Anna Z. West-lake Village, CA You know- I was wrong. I'm so thrilled I decided to give Jinky's another shot. I returned to Jinky's with a coworker of mine and we had an exceptional experience. This time we sat at the bar where the owner greeted us. Our waiter immediately got us drinks and took our order when we were ready. The food arrived promptly and it was delicious! My coworker ordered the Mexicali Eggs Benedict and I ordered the Bombay Scramble from the new healthy (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free) menu. Everything was perfect. What I love about this place is that there are so many options! If you're hungry for something specific, they probably have it! They also serve breakfast all day- boooyah! I will absolutely return here again!

This place is one of the best breakfast places around. Get the santa fe scramble, the chili jumble, and the banana pancakes... The best is to go halfsies with a friend with one sweet and one savory dish. Service is incredibly fast. Be sure to try out their amazing selection of sausages and chilis.
