I went to Jinky's on a Sunday morning for breakfast. We waited in a line that kept getting bigger and bigger, even though tables were open, because nobody thought to come to the front to seat anyone. I would have eaten at the counter, but there was a sign that said you must check in with the staff before sitting at the counter... So, that is definitely an improvement. I was pretty impressed with the variety of items on the breakfast menu - it includes everything from scrambles and quesadillas to eggs benedict and pancakes and omelette's. This restaurant does offer breakfast items for Vegans (or people like me allergic to eggs and dairy) - they offer oatmeal and granola and some items with tofu or a veggie patty - more than most other breakfast places offer! Most breakfast items are around $9 and have large portions. We tried the flaky french toast and the blueberry pancakes, both of which were excellent. So, good ratings for the variety, quality and size of food. Bad for long waits and seating people. Oh, and don't forget to park for free at the mall's garage.
