I go to Jinky's every Sunday for brunch. Â There's usually a wait, which is a good sign that they are so busy. Â I love the huge extensive menu and it has something for everyone, vegan, gluten, healthy etc. Â Within the months that I've been going I don't think I've had the same thing twice. Â
The service and staff is always friendly and just the right speed. Â Any staff walking by will offer refills which is nice. Â We even have a regular server, Jeff with two "f's" that has the best sense of humor.

One of my favorite new restaurants nearby my house.  I love their jumble scrambler (turkey chili - #5 for level of spicy), coconut  flaky French toast and the pancakes are yummy too! They're known for the Chili's and I agree...so good. They have a huge menu.  I always want to try something new   . I love they're coffee.  The service is pretty good too. Alex is a sweetie! :) I recommend to go there early morning or evening. Don't go on a Saturday lunch around 12. It's totally packed. They don't take reservations, but sometimes it's worth the wait.

I LOVE Jinky's!!
They are super dog friendly! Have really great food (the flaky style ROCKS!) and reasonable prices.
On top of all that the service is phenomenal. The waitstaff knows it's regular customers and are always so nice and prompt with their service.
My boyfriend and my dog walk to junky's for brunch every weekend!

Wow one of the best breakfast places I've ever been.  Get there early or be prepared to wait, but it's worth it.  If you remember awesome pumpkin cookies when you were a kid, get the pumpkin pancakes - out of this world and worth having to fast for a week!  The lox benedict was great too (yes we shared) and for another kid memory get the tater tots - again worth the calories
LOL. Â Â Don't hesitate to go to Jinky's its a classic.

I'm not sure why they have a 3-star, we really enjoy this place.
They have a lot on the menu, and everything I have had I really liked. They use healthier menu options but also have french toast for dinner. I'm not sure how you can beat that. The waitstaff is super nice, we love Misael! Â Although there have been times when it has seemed a little slow, but that happens everywhere.
The only downside for me is that it can get pretty loud inside. Â It makes it very hard to have a conversation, especially when you're seated next to a table with small children. Â
We will, no doubt, be here again soon.

This place has a great menu. They make about 20 different kinds of chili and they even put the hotness level for each one on the menu. You can get a sampler of 4 kinds if you can't decide on just 1. I came for breakfast, however, so I did not try the chili this time. I had a difficult time choosing from the vast assortment of pancakes, waffles, french toast, and crepes...they ALL sounded good.
I decided on the pumpkin apple crepes and my friend got the lemon berry crepes. Both were delicious. The lemon berry crepes, especially, were so flavorful. My friend thought that the texture of the crepes was a little on the tough side. When I compare them to the crepes I had in France, she is right. But seeing as this is California, I think they still did a good job compared to most places around. I would definitely order them again!
I came on a Sunday around noon and despite the fact that it was very crowded, the service was great. We did not wait very long to be seated or to be served and the waiter was very friendly.

Have eaten here a few times now, tonight was the first time to try dinner. It wasn't that busy, which was a real plus. Service was prompt and attentive. I still ordered one of their crepes...more of a breakfast item, but it's delicious so why not? And we had a caprese sandwich and the nachos. The nachos were only rated on "5" out of a 10 for spicy...but I found them extremely spicy. Loved my crepe. Dinner may be a better choice here, as it's always so busy at breakfast time.

Cute place with very friendly servers. I had the Santa Fe Scramble and all I can say is WOW. Perfect balance of veggies, eggs and chorizo, with the very inventive and great addition of corn tortilla strips for a little crunch! I was skeptical about the pea guacamole since I'm not a huge fan of peas, but it was delicious and seasoned just right! I loved it so much I tried to go back the next day and the day after, but they had lost power. I am definitely going back for more as soon as I can!

Well, my most recent experience with Jinky's was finally on par with its food. I went back yesterday for lunch because I was craving their Rosemary Omelet, and the service was vastly improved. The host staff was friendly and admirably efficient; I was impressed with how quickly they had people moving in and out of the restaurant.
We waited a few minutes, but only because they were busy, and we were seated as soon as there was an opening. Even though they were crowded, the restaurant was well-staffed, so we were attended to and served quickly. Everyone was very polite and friendly (entirely new staff), and somehow, it wasn't even as impossibly loud as it used to be.
I must admit that the owner really took the comments I've seen on here to heart, and Jinky's is back to being my go-to place. In fact, I think it's going to be my new happy hour place- great deals on good food and drinks, and their sangria is wonderful. Very pleased with all of the changes that have been made!
