I've been going here for years and this review is long overdue. They have lots of vegan and vegetarian options, so I'm happy. I've only had an issue with an order ONCE years ago and the server promptly replaced and comped my meal. My favorite thing to get is the viva las vegan! The service is friendly and fast and the food is the highlight of my day :)

Wow! I stumbled into this cafe a while ago with my lacrosse team and boy were we left smiling!! (Banana Nutella French Toast with bacon is my new go-to!) Ask for Michelle, she was very attentive and took good care of us.

Okay, I literally only come here for the chili. The selection of chilis they have each day is random and posted up on a blackboard at the rear of the restaurant. My favorite one of all is the Oaxaca. It's got that perfect slow-burn spicy going on that sneaks up on you as you fill up.  Totally up my alley.

The brunch here is also quite nice.

Jinky's is really good place for brunch. They have so many varieties and they also have vegan items. We ordered flaky french toast was yum.

We stopped in for breakfast today after our hike. Great neighborhood place with a huge menu.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our as server Kathryn was really great and even suggested favorite menu items.

The food is very consistent, flavorful and comes out hot!

We sat on the patio today. The inside has a nice cozy atmosphere.

I had the egg white omelet with zucchini, garlic, spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. The house Jinkys potatoes are delicious. The mint lemonade blended is refreshing.

I am always looking for healthy food when I travel. There were many options which I appreciated.  I also enjoyed being able to sit outside.

Hubby & I love a good Sunday brunch w/o having to drive too far or pay too much.

The last 2 visits I indulged in my favorite breakfast....bagels and lox!!

The Nova is excellent!!  Not terribly salty...appears to be hand cut and flavorful coupled with tomatoes...onions on a plain bagel ( can't have seeds)....and iced coffee....

Perfect way to end the weekend!!

I love coming to Jinkys every once in awhile. They have some of the best pancakes (including red velvet) and Nutella crepes I've ever had. A big menu to satisfy anything you might be craving.

The relaxed and open atmosphere is very inviting. The service is usually spot on, fast and friendly.

I really like their selection of Chilis which changes daily to offer patrons a variety, fresh chili. My favorite is the himalayan beef which has a bite to it and a very pronounced curry flavor. The good thing is that you can pick these on all the dishes that come with chili.

The turkey club, chicken pesto and nachos are some of my favorite dishes here. Everything is fresh and tastes great. Access right off of the 23 freeway and easy parking make this establishment a great place for lunch or dinner.

Glad we stopped here. Thanks Yelp family for the tip. Hidden gem of a restaurant! The food and atmosphere was awesome. Try the healthy omelette!!

I am so glad they have a location in Thousand Oaks now. Back in the day, the Van Nuys (or is it Sherman Oaks) restaurant was so packed you had to wait 40 min to an hour on the weekend. (And trust me... worth the wait). I come here to the tater-tots and the pancakes. Good food!!
